Design and Technology Teacher - Liverpool & Merseyside Schools
? Location: Schools across Liverpool & the wider Merseyside area
? Start Date: September 2025 (or earlier for the right candidate)
? Contract Type: Full-time, long-term and part-time positions available (with permanent potential)
? Pay: £135 - £210 per day (depending on experience)
? DBS Check: Enhanced (we can help you with this)

We're supporting a range of secondary schools across Liverpool and Merseyside that are looking to appoint qualified and creative Design and Technology Teachers. Whether your specialism is Product Design, Textiles, Graphics, or Resistant Materials, we want to hear from you.

Role Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging DT lessons across Key Stages 3 & 4 (KS5 in some schools)
* Inspire students to think creatively and critically through project-based learning
* Plan and deliver practical lessons that develop design thinking and technical skills
* Adapt to the needs of individual learners and different school environments
* Contribute to a positive learning culture and collaborative department ethos
* Take part in enrichment, school events, and curriculum innovation

What We're Looking For:
✅ A DT-qualified teacher with QTS or QTLS
✅ Strong subject knowledge and practical workshop confidence
✅ Ability to adapt to different schools and build relationships quickly
✅ A passion for fostering creativity, independence, and technical resilience
