Role: Administrator
Location: Borehamwood
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am until 2pm (possible flexibility)
Salary: £13.85 per hour, PAYE Contract, Holiday Pay accrued
OA have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our client based in Borehamwood.
This is an on-going position with the opportunity for a Fixed Term Contract.
Duties of an Administrator:
Deal with customer queries
Processing payments
Amendments to any online accounts that the company uses
Calling customers with regards to alerts
Approving invoices
Checking & updating spreadsheets
Log and report any issues to HR & Management
General Administration
What we would like from you:
Previous experience as an Administrator
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Ability to articulate strong written english
Attention to detail
Available to start ASAP
