Your Duties Will Include:

Modelling outstanding teaching and learning practices

Working across the Science faculty to develop teaching strategies and planning

Coaching colleagues and supporting ECTs and trainees

Leading whole-school initiatives related to Science education

Collaborating on curriculum development with other Lead Practitioners

We’re Looking For:

A Science specialist with excellent subject knowledge and QTS

*

Proven track record of raising standards in Science education

*

Passion for CPD and driving improvements in practice

*

A collaborative and reflective approach to teaching

*

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
