A Paralegal with experience in commercial property is sought for a highly regarded firm close to Billericay on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting to partners within the department, the successful paralegal will join a busy property team, utilising your skills and expertise to handle a busy and varied workload covering a broad range of commercial property matters.

Responsibilities for this Paralegal position:

Assisting a senior fee earner in commercial property matters as well as managing your own caseload
Liaising with clients and other professionals
File management
Drafting legal documents
Landlord and tenant matters
Developments
Drafting leasesThe Paralegal Candidate:

A paralegal with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in commercial property
Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
IT literacy will be a pre-requisite
Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative
