The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cut & Crease Machine Minder to work in a busy carton finishing department. You’ll be responsible for operating Bobst Novacut 106 (or similar) machines and maintaining the highest standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

*

Set up, operate, and maintain Bobst Novacut 106 or equivalent die-cutting machines.

*

Prepare and troubleshoot Cut & Crease tooling, including cutting, stripping, and speed strip dies.

*

Use counters, creasing matrix, and embossing/debossing dies effectively.

*

Carry out machine maintenance and fault-finding to ensure optimal performance.

*

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.

Requirements

*

Experience in operating Cut & Crease / Die-Cutting machinery.

*

Strong mechanical and technical knowledge within print finishing.

*

A motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset.

*

Experience with Bobst Novacut 106 or similar machinery preferred.

*

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic production environment.
