Project Manager – Lancing, West Sussex – New Build Care Home

Our client is a main-contractor who specialise Care Home Builds, and they are looking for a Project Manager to join this project until October 2025 completing internals and some external landcaping.

Project Manager will be expected to:

*

Monitor and update the build programme on regular basis

*

Coordinate/ book all trades

*

Ensure trades are performing to program and to highest standard

*

Order/ request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings

*

Liaise with us and architect on any design /site issues that need resolving

*

Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers

Skills/ Qualifications required:

*

SMSTS & CSCS Card

*

First Aid Certificate

*

MUST have previous Care Home experience
