Manufacturing Technical Trainer (Blow Moulding)

Bellshill • Monday-Friday • 40 hours per week

Are you an experienced trainer or technician looking to take the next step in developing others? We're looking for a Manufacturing Technical Trainer to support the skills, safety and technical capability of our Blow Moulding team at Bellshill.

This role suits people who enjoy coaching, problem-solving and working in a fast-paced production environment and it's ideal for those with Blow Moulding, production, or technical training experience.

What You'll Do
Deliver practical and classroom training to new and existing Blow Mould Technicians.

Coach colleagues on safe machine operation, start-up/shut-down, and quality checks.

Support onboarding and maintain up-to-date training and competency records.

Work with Shift Managers to identify skill gaps and plan development.

Help improve training processes and support continuous improvement activities.

What You'll Bring
Experience training or coaching in a manufacturing/technical environment.

Strong communication skills and confidence working on the shop floor.

Train-the-Trainer certification (essential).

Blow Moulding or plastics manufacturing experience (advantageous).

IOSH or L&D qualifications (nice to have).
