We’re supporting a highly regarded professional firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to support two Partners. This is a key role within the business, offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

The Role

Providing comprehensive admin and diary support to Senior Partners, this is a varied role requiring excellent organisation, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a complex organisation
Excellent diary management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
A proactive mindset, able to anticipate needs and plan ahead
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, professional work
Strong IT skills, particularly within Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
The ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
A professional, approachable and relationship-focused style
Within this position, you’ll also be:

Extensive diary management and coordination of complex schedules.
Drafting and managing emails and correspondence on behalf of Senior Partners.
Monitoring inboxes and ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Booking travel, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements.
Arranging internal and external meetings, including room bookings, parking and hot desks.
Managing expenses and processing invoices.
Supporting senior recruitment activity, including arranging interviews.
Maintaining internal records, spreadsheets, and intranet content.
Providing full administrative support for Partner and Director groups.
Coordinating Management Board and committee meetings, including:
Requesting agenda items
Preparing agendas and board packs
Collating presentations
Monitoring attendance
Taking minutes and distributing actions
Hours and Salary

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm although some flexibility will be required
Hybrid working model
£40,000 per annum plus bonus
