Job Title: Facilities Associate,

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a facilities associate to join the team located in London

Key Responsibilities

* Daily use of site CAFM systems, excel, word and outlook

* Contact contractors via email and phone to book PPM’s and reactive jobs

* Greet and escort contractors ensuring induction processes and site paperwork is followed, filled out and filed away

* Liaise Assistant Facilities Manager and Facilities Manager daily, reporting any issues and concerns in a timely manner

* Maintain security and safety standards as required, ensuring that visitors and contractors are escorted to where they need to go with the knowledge of knowing they do not have access to areas without the appropriate authorisation or supervision maintained

* Hands on approach to resolving building issues that may arise

* Sort & deliver all incoming (internal and external) post to individual desks and offices

* Ensuring all portering tasks in the building are completed in a timely manner inclusive of room set ups, manual handling, moving heavy items around the building as per client request

* Undertake daily building walkthroughs and cleaning quality checks ensure all walkthroughs are documented and actions noted, and any non-compliance reported to cleaning manager

* Maintain break out and kitchen areas when janitorial team not available

* Carry out weekly Health & Safety Inspections and report any hazards on hazard reporting system

* Ensure trackers are always kept up to date with orders and bookings, adding notes where needed so the full team are aware

* Deal with all FM queries in a positive and helpful manner and escalate to FM and Assistant FM if unable to do so

* Ensure building signage is always kept neat and tidy

* Maintain a safe and tidy workplace

* Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training including hazard reporting

* Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls

* Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies

* Apply, execute and maintain function related quality issues

* Ensure the client team are dealt with in a welcoming, courteous and professional manner, seeking to anticipate their needs where possible

* In addition to the above-mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined

Essential Skilled

* Excellent telephone and email manner

* Computer literate, preferably some data entry experience

* Independent, Proactive and can use on initiative

* Has experience with Excel, Word and Outlook

* Facilities and maintenance experience preferred

* Demonstrate a natural passion and understanding of quality customer service

* Paying close attention to detail within work tasks

* Experience within an FM/Customer Service environment
