What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across various business units
Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders
Deliver on strategic hiring goals and improve recruitment outcomes
Develop sourcing strategies, talent pools, and supplier networks
Provide market insight and resourcing advice to support hiring decisions
Deliver MI reports, revenue forecasts and track SLAs
Represent Optamor with professionalism, integrity, and innovation What You Bring

Agency, In-house or RPO recruitment experience
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Proven ability to manage high-volume vacancies
Expertise in sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks)
Knowledge of contingent workforce regulations (e.g. AWR, IR35)
Commercial mindset with a focus on service and delivery
