The Open Space is super hot, all of a sudden project starts in the Industrial & Logistics sector have gone crazy.

We have an urgent requirement for a No.1 Project Manager working on £15m new build Distribution Centre project in Peterborough.

Are you a freelance PM who has delivered big structural steel build projects ranging from £10-20m in value?

Do you have experience of managing heavy groundworks and tricky piling works?

Is client liaison one of your strong points?

If so, Build Space has the perfect role for you!!!

Project Manager roles & responsibilities:

- Precon set up
- Resource management 
- Programme management
- Contract / cost control
- Quality control

Project Manager experience required:

- Minimum 5 years Project Manager experience
- Previous Industrial & Logistics project experience
- Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
- Degree educated or similar
- CSCS Black
