The Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for carrying out PPM, servicing.

Fault-finding and reactive/breakdown repair to electrical building services infrastructure systems to include (not limited to).

Power, UPS,Single & 3 Phase, lighting,emergency lighting & alarms within a number of client facilities, commercial/corporate and education client environments located throughout the Lancashire County Council Portfolio of Property’s.

Working full time based at our Manchester Office 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, although there is some flexible working hours’ due to accessing certain properties (Schools)

· Working on ‘Lancashire County Council Contract’ such as Offices, Schools, Colleges & Care Homes.

· Overtime is paid at Time & a Half & Double-Time dependant on times.

· Call-out rota working is essential, and this is approx. 1 – 6

· £100.00 paid for being on callout standby.

· First callout is paid at a minimum of 2 hours at Double Time
