CRM Data Lead
Location: Birmingham- Hybrid
Salary: up to £32,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
A well-established charity is looking for a CRM Data Lead to take ownership of its supporter data systems and play a key role in enhancing fundraising and engagement through effective data management and insight.
This is a pivotal position for someone with strong CRM experience, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. You'll lead a small team while helping shape data processes and reporting across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the charity's CRM (currently Beacon), ensuring data is accurate, compliant, and effectively utilised.
Lead and support a small team, including a CRM administrator.
Produce reports and dashboards (e.g. using Power BI) to inform fundraising and communications strategies.
Oversee the processing and reconciliation of donations across various income streams.
Ensure Gift Aid claims are submitted accurately and in line with HMRC guidance.
Provide training and support to internal teams on CRM best practice and data handling.
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and integrations with other platforms.
What We're Looking For
Experience working with CRM systems in a charity or not-for-profit setting (Beacon or Raiser's Edge experience is advantageous).
Knowledge of supporter data, donation processing, and Gift Aid requirements.
Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience in training and supporting others in data management and CRM use.
A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach, with the confidence to lead and drive improvements.
