Our client is a rapidly expanding domiciliary care provider entering a major growth phase across London and the Home Counties. Ignis Solutions have been exclusively retained to identify a Registered Manager with the leadership depth to mobilise and scale an entire branch into a flagship service.
This is a transformational leadership role, not maintenance. You’ll work directly with a forward-thinking Director to design structure, culture, and governance from day one with the freedom to lead decisively and deliver tangible impact.
The Mission
You’ll oversee high-acuity community care delivery for people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health conditions, and CHC-funded complex needs.
Your remit: embed a clinically governed model aligned with the Mental Capacity Act 2005, Care Act 2014, and Mental Health Act principles, integrating evidence-based practice, safeguarding excellence, and trauma-informed care into every plan.
Key Deliverables
  * Lead CQC registration, workforce mobilisation, and governance implementation
  * Build commissioner and brokerage partnerships across LAs and ICBs
  * Design and deliver LD, MHA and CHC-funded pathways
  * Embed MCA/DoLS frameworks and robust audit systems
  * Drive CQC-aligned quality assurance and clinical accountability
  * Foster a transparent, high-performance culture based on integrity and collaboration
