This is an exciting opportunity to join a multi-award winning private domiciliary care provider in Hucknall as their Registered Care Manager. With an experienced office team already in place, you’ll be stepping into a supportive environment that’s set up for success.

Registered Care Manager Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for the operational leadership of the service, reporting directly to the Director
Drive business growth by proactively identifying and securing new private client opportunities
Lead and develop the office and care team to maintain high standards of service delivery and compliance
Ensure all care packages are reviewed regularly, and client outcomes are met with compassion and professionalism
Maintain full CQC compliance and ensure adherence to current regulations and best practices
Manage client feedback, responding promptly to any concerns or complaints
Oversee recruitment of local carers and ensuring efficient and compliant onboarding 
Registered Care Manager Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a private Domiciliary or Live-In Care setting
Demonstrated experience in business development or growing a private care service
Minimum of Level 3 in Health & Social Care
A UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
