Systems Engineer - Maritime
Location: Farnborough, UK
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Clearance: UK Citizen, eligible for SC (BPSS to start)

Key Responsibilities:

Integrate and implement the hardware and systems architecture of maritime combat systems.

Define, verify, and manage system requirements; oversee acceptance testing and trials.

Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and suppliers to deliver operational capability.

Ensure compliance with defence standards, safety, and security requirements.

Conduct design reviews, trade studies, and performance assessments.

Experience / Skills:

Proven experience in maritime or naval combat systems integration.

Hardware-focused systems engineering experience, ideally in a technical/design authority role.

Strong understanding of platform lifecycle, system architectures, and integration frameworks.

Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
