Job Title: Production Operative 
Location: Tamworth
Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour (rising to £14.42 after 12 weeks)

About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our busy manufacturing team in Tamworth. The ideal candidate will have a valid Counterbalance Forklift License and experience working in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment. Any previous exposure to plasma cutting or similar industrial processes would be an advantage, though not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Operating machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
Using a counterbalance forklift to move materials and finished products
Supporting general production tasks such as assembly, packing, and basic quality checks
Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and organised
Following all health and safety procedures
Working closely with the team to meet daily targetsRequirements:
Valid Counterbalance Forklift License
Experience in a production, manufacturing, or similar environment
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Flexibility to work overtime if needed
Plasma cutting experience is desirable but not requiredBenefits:
