Junior Finance Assistant

Location – Broadstairs, Kent

£13.00 - £14.00 Per hour

Temp to Perm

Part-time – Two to four days per week

We have a fantastic opportunity in Broadstairs for a part-time Junior Finance Assistant to work for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

* Maintaining books and records

* Speaking to clients first-hand over the phone and face-to-face, assisting with their queries

* VAT return

* Reconciliation

* Processing invoices (UK and international payments)

* Spot-checking processes and ensuring workflows are being followed correctly

* Other duties as deemed reasonable

Skills and Experience

* Previous experience as a finance assistant, bookkeeper, or within another accounts position

* Time management and ability to meet strict deadlines

* Experience of using Xero

* Must be able to pick up new systems quickly

* Experience of using a Mac is a bonus
