About the role as a Continuous Improvement Engineer:

If you live for optimising processes and love making things better — this is your role. From rethinking factory layouts to driving operator training and improving fixtures, you’ll lead multiple improvement projects that directly impact efficiency and profitability.

What you’ll be doing as a Continuous Improvement Engineer:

* Identifying and executing CI initiatives across manufacturing operations

* Leading projects in areas such as layout, tooling, training, and workflow

* Championing a culture of continuous improvement across the shop floor

What they’re looking for from Continuous Improvement Engineer:

* A strong background in manufacturing – aerospace experience is a bonus, not a must

* Hands-on knowledge of processes like machining, sheet metal, or fabrication preferred

* Engineering qualifications are helpful, but relevant experience is key

* A proactive mindset and a real passion for process improvement
