A leading logistics and transport organisation is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations based in Birmingham. This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven leader to make a significant impact within a well-established national network.

As the General Manager - Birmingham, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring safety and service excellence across the branch. Your leadership will be key in strengthening local and regional performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a high-performing team within the Birmingham operation

Drive financial, operational, and safety performance in line with national objectives

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies

Proven experience in a similar General Manager role within the logistics, supply chain, or transport sector
