We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life of our clients and join our team in Rugby. You will be providing a variety of non-medical services to help our clients stay independent in their own homes.

As you will be travelling between our clients’ homes, applicants with a full driving licence and access to their own vehicle is essential. We offer paid travel time and mileage.

You do not need to have any previous experience in providing care, just a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful and enjoy building professional friendships and spending time in the company of others.
