Deliver high-quality, strengths-based social work to children in need, on CP plans, or in care
Complete clear, analytical assessments and plans
Work directly with families to reduce risk and achieve lasting change
Collaborate across multi-agency partnerships
Represent the Local Authority in court where requiredWe are committed to relational, trauma-informed practice—working with families in a high support/high challenge environment.
About You
Qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW, Degree or equivalent)
Registered with Social Work England
Minimum 3 years’ experience in statutory children’s social care
Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation & court processes
Confident managing risk and complex cases
Car driver (essential)
