Job Title: Motor Vehicle Tutor (Trainee or Qualified)

Location: Cardiff - Centre based

Salary: £32,300

Type: Full Time, Permanent

*Part Time can also be considered - to be discussed with your recruiter*

Criteria for all candidates:

Must hold a recognised Motor Vehicle/Mechanics qualification at Level 2 or above.
Must hold a minimum of 3 years' experience within the Motor Vehicle sector.
Experience of delivering on-the-job training within the workplace, or accredited training. 
Must be IT Literate.Duties include:

Teach/assess a caseload of unemployed learners through Motor Vehicle qualifications at Level 1, as well as accredited Employability training.
Delivery of practical and theory training sessions.
Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours
Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.
Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
Embedding of Maths and English into sessions.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.Please note:
