Our client is seeking an experience Weekend Day Concierge to work at a private residential development in Canada Water area. You will be responsible for manning the reception desk and providing a welcoming front of house service, meeting and greeting visitors, assisting with luggage, challenging and verifying all visitors to ensure they have the right to be on site, announcing guests to residents, and managing key and parcel deliveries using the appropriate logbooks. The role also includes conducting building patrols to maintain safety and security, as well as accurately recording all activities and incidents.
