Yolk are working with a leading UK law firm to recruit a Planning Solicitor (3+ PQE) into their Cardiff office. This is an exciting chance to join a national team working with developers, local authorities, retailers, and public bodies on high-profile projects.

What you'll be doing As a Planning Solicitor, you will:

Advise on planning applications, regeneration, highways, and environmental law
Draft and negotiate Section 106, highways and development agreements
Carry out complex due diligence for real estate and funding transactions
Represent clients in planning appeals, judicial reviews, and enforcement
Work closely with senior colleagues while building your own caseloadWhat you'll need to succeed as a Planning Solicitor

A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 3 years PQE in planning law
Strong experience in drafting agreements and advising on regeneration projects
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex workWhat you'll get in return as a Planning Solicitor
