Key Responsibilities

* Take ownership of end-to-end solution design for data communication products, including high-level design (HLD) documentation.

* Use SCT (Solution Configuration Tool) to generate configuration solutions and support project bidding and delivery activities.

* Analyse industry trends and perform competitive benchmarking across mainstream network products and vendors.

* Support sales and pre-sales teams with technical presentations, solution clarification, and customer engagement.

* Collaborate with R&D, delivery, and technical service teams to ensure smooth solution implementation in projects.

Requirements

* Solid understanding of data communication products, such as S series switches, wireless APs, Wi-Fi 7, CloudEngine switches, and AR routers.

* Proficient in using SCT (Solution Configuration Tool) for solution configuration and validation.

* Capable of independently producing High-Level Design (HLD) documents and architecture planning.

* Familiar with mainstream competitors’ solutions (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, H3C), with strong comparative analysis skills.

* Holder of HCIP or CCIP (or higher-level certifications) in network-related domains would be better.

* Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields.

* Excellent communication skills, a strong team player with a proactive and adaptive mindset
