Job Summary:

The Recruitment Group is hiring a reliable Stores Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment in Rugby. This hands-on role includes stock control, kit preparation, goods-in/out handling, and general warehouse support.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect deliveries against purchase orders

Book in stock using inventory systems (e.g., SAGE)

Pick and prepare kits for production from BOM lists

Perform regular stock checks and investigate discrepancies

Assist with dispatch, packaging, and loading/unloading goods

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised stores area

Support basic quality checks on incoming parts

Requirements:

Previous stores/warehouse experience

Comfortable using stock software and Excel

Physically fit and confident with manual handling

Forklift Licence (essential)

Attention to detail and team player
