The Role
We are seeking an experienced and organised Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the business. This is a part-time role working closely with the payroll team and wider office function, providing essential administrative and financial support.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing general administrative support
* Managing emails, correspondence and document control
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
* Assisting with data entry and reporting as required
* Working alongside the payroll team to support weekly/monthly payroll processes
* Processing employee expenses and checking supporting documentation
* Supporting finance-related administration as needed
Person Specification
Essential
* Proven experience in an administrative role
* Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience)
* Previous experience supporting payroll processes
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
