Chef de Partie (CDP) Education Catering | Term Time Only

We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join a well-established catering team within an education setting.

This is a term-time only position, ideal for a chef seeking excellent work–life balance while remaining hands-on in a professional kitchen.

The Role:

Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality food
Supporting daily service for pupils and staff
Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
Working as part of a close-knit kitchen team
Occasional overtime may be required to support the operation
Working Hours & Pay:

7:00am – 3:00pm
40 hours per week
£15.00 per hour
Paid for 41 weeks per year, including 5.4 weeks paid holiday
Term time only
The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
Passion for fresh food and consistent standards
Reliable, organised, and a team player
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practice
