£42,000 - £45,000 + Package 

This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider on one of their high-profile commercial contracts in the City of London. The company is a well established maintenance provider who likes to progress their maintenance engineers career with further opportunities of training and development. 

Based on a contract maintaining 10 different sites in the City and Holborn the maintenance engineer will be working Monday to Friday with the assistance of another engineer for 3 ½ days a week with the rest taking care of their own sites. This is a great opportunity for a maintenance engineer who wants variety in their day to day and the opportunity to take ownership of their own sites. This is a perfect role for a maintenance engineer who is looking to progress into a supervisory role as this will give you the exposure of running your own sites.

PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
AHUs
FCUs
Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
Sprinkler Systems
Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
Tap Temperatures
Chilled Water Systems
Plumbing
Generators
3 Phase Power
Emergency Lights
Fire Alarms
Troubleshooting 
Pressurisation units
BMS Operation
Booking in subcontractors/ management of subcontractors
Log book control
Client management, including reporting on contract performance  Requirements

Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ (or equivalent)
Apprentice trained - desirable
Building Services Maintenance experience (Min 3 Years Experience)
Career driven

Effective team management skills

£42,000 - £45,000  per annum
Zone 1-2 Travel Card 
Monday to Friday 8-5 
25 days holiday + Bank Holiday
