A School Administrator position has arisen within a Secondary School in Worcester. This is your opportunity to be a part of a loving school office team.

To be successful in this role you need to be capable of ensuring proper flow of office procedures and support the school by carrying out common office duties. Furthermore, you would have experience working in a school office previously, be motivated and can work on your own initiative. Ability to identify work priorities and manage own workload to meet deadlines, have high attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational and communication skills and a sound knowledge of a range of computer applications together with excellent IT skills.

You will also be liaising with local authorities and the school's Headteacher. You must be able to maintain a positive and friendly school image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, pupils, external companies, and parents in person, online, and via telephone.

This position is a full-time role which will require you to work between the hours of 8am – 4pm Monday – Friday. Term-Time only.

The duties for the successful applicant will include:

Being responsible for providing a comprehensive and highly efficient Admin service.
Dealing with enquires from parents, students and the general public in person and on the telephone. 
Interact with directors and carry out their requests
Deal with queries and complaints procedures
Must be able to handle a variety of tasks quickly, efficiently and calmly
Organise and facilitate a variety of educational or social activities
Be able to deal with completing deadlines and have excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills.

Competitive rates of pay
An efficient clearance process in order to register you and get you working as quickly as possible
Working hours are generally 8am to 4pm, although some roles, particularly those that are student facing, can include weekend or evening work. You may have to work overtime at certain points in the year, for example during examinations, enrolment or academic quality visits.

Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide at least 1 educational based references to be considered for this role 

All our supply staff are paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you’re paying the right level of Tax and National Insurance.
