Responsibilities:

· Handling a caseload of immigration matters, including but not limited to visa applications, asylum claims, and appeals.

· Providing legal advice and representation to clients in immigration proceedings.

· Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in immigration law and policy.

· Drafting legal documents, including applications, affidavits, and submissions.

· Communicating with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

· Collaborating with other members of the legal team and supporting colleagues as needed.

· Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client matters
