Our client is a reputable motorhome dealership and they’re currently seeking an Aftersales Manager to join their team in the Bournemouth/Poole area.

Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade – ideally with motorhome, caravan, or other automotive experience.
Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A commitment to exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
Good technical understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
IT literacy and familiarity with dealer management systems.
Full UK driving licence.Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day running of the Aftersales department, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing expert advice, updates, and support throughout the service and repair process.
Manage service bookings, workshop scheduling, and coordination with technicians to maximise productivity.
Handle warranty claims, parts ordering, and supplier communications effectively and accurately.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and uphold the company’s excellent reputation.
Support and train team members where necessary, fostering a positive and professional working environment.The salary for this position is £38,000 basic.
