3rd Line Engineer | £45,000 to £50,000 | Hitchin based | Driving License is essential 

The 3rd Line Engineer position involves a mix of on-site customer support, remote troubleshooting and project delivery. You’ll be able to work closely with a variety of clients to optimise their IT Systems as well as serving as an escalation point for more advanced technical issues.

Key Skills:

Experience of working within Windows Server environments (Apply online only)) as well as Active Directory, AD Sync and Group Policies
Clear working experience of configuring and maintaining network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routing, VLANs, VPNs and Firewalls.
A history of working in deploying and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions, including Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
Experience of troubleshooting and managing devices and policies using Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Microsoft Intune.
Working experience of Hyper-V within previous roles.
