We are looking for a proactive and organised Warehouse Team Leader to support the day-to-day operations within our busy depot in St Albans. The role is hands-on, working closely with the Depot Manager to ensure smooth running of the warehouse and excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Depot Manager with daily warehouse operations
*
Conduct driver debriefs at the end of each shift
*
Check and maintain small stock holding levels
*
Prepare stock for loading and dispatch
*
Book vehicles in for inspections, servicing, and maintenance
*
Support drivers and customer enquiries via phone and email
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
*
Contribute to a positive team environment
About You
*
Previous warehouse experience preferred
*
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*
Confident communicator with a customer-focused attitude
*
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
*
A team player with a proactive approach
*
Basic IT skills (email, booking systems)
