The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have prior experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a primary or special school setting.

• Be patient, empathetic and enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills.

• Demonstrate flexibility and creativity in supporting learning.

• Be committed to inclusion and passionate about helping every child reach their full potential.

Why Join This School?

• A truly supportive, caring and professional team.

• Excellent opportunities for professional development and training.

• A warm, community-focused school where every member of staff is valued.
