Customer Service & Sales Advisor – Temporary
Location: Dartford
Contract: untill the 19th December (possibility to extend)
Hours: 8.30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join a busy and supportive team in Dartford on a short-term basis, with the possibility of extension.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, supporting clients with orders, queries, and day-to-day requests.

What you’ll do:

Handle inbound calls and emails, providing a professional and timely response.
Accurately process customer orders and maintain records.
Support customers with stock availability, pricing, and delivery updates.
Resolve queries efficiently to ensure a smooth service.
Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet targets and deadlines.What we’re looking for:

A proactive and reliable individual with a strong customer focus.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
