At Creative Support Solutions, our dedicated team delivers semi-independent living, one-to-one outreach, and life-skills support to young people aged 16–18 across Essex.

We work with those who have faced challenging beginnings such as looked after children, care leavers, those overcoming emotional, mental health, or behavioural issues. We offer a safe, therapeutic, homely environment to grow and thrive.

You'll be part of a motivated, diverse, and values-driven team, trained to provide bespoke support that builds confidence, independence, and resilience in the young people.

Who we're looking for:

Committed individuals with integrity, patience, flexibility, and strong communication skills.

Problem-solvers who thrive on use of initiative and resilience.

Individuals with life experience, who can help young people understand the ways of the world, such as teaching them how to cook, clean, budget and everything that comes with adulting!

Experience is prefered but not required, you just a heart for learning, growth mindset, and passion to support young lives!
