Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for your next challenge in a supportive, forward-thinking environment? GTS Banking and Finance is working exclusively with a highly regarded financial planning firm in Burton Upon Trent to find a dedicated Paraplanner to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about delivering high-quality support to financial advisers and their clients.

What you’ll be doing:

Preparing detailed suitability reports and recommendations
Conducting research and analysis across pensions, investments, and protection
Supporting advisers with technical queries and strategy planning
Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations
Liaising with providers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth advice process What we’re looking for:

Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards)
Previous experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA or wealth management environment
Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive attitude with exceptional attention to detail What’s on offer:
