Involve Recruitment are in search of a Site Manager to oversee voids property maintenance works and fire protection projects across social housing and residential properties. This permanent role requires a hands-on manager with strong coordination skills and a solid understanding of compliance-driven works, particularly within occupied and void environments.

You will be responsible for managing site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and in full compliance with fire safety and housing regulations.

Key Responsibilities

*

Manage voids property maintenance works from start to completion

*

Oversee fire protection works including fire doors, compartmentation, fire stopping, and associated remedial works

*

Act as the main point of contact on site, coordinating operatives and subcontractors

*

Ensure all works are delivered safely and in line with current fire safety regulations

*

Manage programmes, productivity, and quality of works

*

Carry out site inspections, audits, and progress reporting

*

Liaise with clients, housing officers, residents, and senior management

*

Ensure strict adherence to health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager within voids, property maintenance, or fire protection works

*

Strong knowledge of fire safety compliance and regulations

*

Experience working within social housing or residential maintenance environments

*

SMSTS or SSSTS (essential)

*

CSCS card (essential)

*

Excellent organisational and communication skills

*

Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

*

Full UK driving licence
