The post holder will carry out the day-to-day management, development, and delivery of a multi-agency Youth Justice Service (YJS). Provide effective leadership, management, and direction to the designated YJS team including:

Monitoring standards and service delivery
Ensuring that the YJS risk management meetings are utilised effectively to identify children and risk of harm through the youth justice system and that robust plans are in place
Children have individual intervention plans and victim profiles which address risk, needs and vulnerabilities
Safeguards and external controls is effectively managed to protect the public and safeguard children by working with police colleagues and across the partnership
Requirements

Qualified Social Worker (Degree/Diploma in Social Work).
Registration with Social Work England.
