CMA is partnering with a local Financial Services business to recruit a Finance Administrator on a temporary basis. Reporting into the Finance Team Leader the role will support the transactional processing duties of the business.
What will the Finance Assistant role involve?
Setting up customer accounts.
Allocating payments.
Ensuring accuracy of direct debits and actioning any changes.
Reconciling invoices.
Processing bank transactions.
Supporting payment runs.
Closing accounts.
Manging email inbox
General ad hoc duties as required by the team.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:
Working knowledge of Sage is advantageous.
Experience of working within financial services would be advantageous.
Able to start immediately.
