Estate Agent - Sales Negotiator

I have an exciting opportunity to join an established, well-known independent estate agents based in Ilkeston, DE7.

We are currently on the hunt for experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator looking for a new opportunity to join a progressive client offering a competitive salary, a great working environment and genuine scope for personal progression.

The successful applicant will be joining a professional, award-winning agency who values its staff.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with proven Estate Agent Sales Negotiation experience to join the team and continue to grow the business and provide exceptional levels of customer service.

We will be reviewing applications from Sales Negotiators, Senior Sales Negotiators, Estate Agents and Estate Agent Sales Progressors.

Full UK Driving Licence and Own Transport is ESSENTIAL.

About the role:

* Manage incoming property inquiries professionally

* Conduct viewings and deal with offers

* Deal with sales progression and resolve any issues

* Professionally deal with clients face-to-face, by phone and e-mail

* Build rapport when booking market appraisals, viewings etc

* Consistently canvass for new business and opportunities

* Daily administrative duties

* Provide support to colleagues and management

Hours & Pay:

* Starting salary around £30,000 - salary is dependent on experience

* Competitive Bonus Scheme - OTE around £34,000

* Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30

* Saturdays on a rota basis 09:00 – 15:00 (Day in lieu for Saturday)

* 20 days + 8 bank holidays, this will increase by +1 each year of service up to a maximum of 25 days

* Workplace pension

About you:

* Proven experience in Sales Negotiation/Property Sales/Estate Agency is essential

* Sales Progression experience advantageous

* Exceptional Customer Service

* Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle - essential

* Self-motivated and target driven

* Ability to work under your own initiative

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Ability to multi-task
