This framework involves the installation of industry-leading, fire-compliant cladding systems — a key focus in improving building safety nationwide.

Due to a busy order book and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to expand their commercial team with the addition of a Quantity Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee commercial and contractual aspects of projects

* Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts, variations, and valuations

* Monitor project costs and ensure financial control and reporting

* Work closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors

* Ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements

Key Criteria:

* Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a related field

* Experience in facade, cladding, or external envelope projects is highly desirable

* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contract administration
