Job Title: HR Systems Manager (Workday)
Location: Hybrid (with travel to Bristol HQ)
Salary: £60,223 – £65,174 DOE
Hours: Full-time
Overview: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Systems Manager to lead the optimisation of Workday HCM and drive digital transformation across the People function. This strategic role combines hands-on delivery with stakeholder engagement, process redesign, and data-led decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the recovery and optimisation of Workday HCM
*
Redesign HR processes to align with system capabilities
*
Build intuitive, automated dashboards for HR and leadership teams
*
Act as the Workday subject matter expert across HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll
*
Translate business needs into system solutions and lead change initiatives
Skills & Experience Required:

Strong expertise in Workday HCM and HRIS platforms
*
Proven experience in HR process redesign and digital transformation
*
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
*
Proficiency with tools such as Jira and dashboard/reporting tools
*
Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability
