The Role
Support teachers with the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.
Take the lead in whole class teaching when required.
Provide 1 to 1 and small group support to help pupils thrive.
Support assessment, progress tracking and pupil development.
Create a calm, inclusive and encouraging learning environment.
