Location: Bicester, OX25
Project: Long-term, working on a prison construction site
Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm (9.5 hours paid per day)
Rate: £14.00 per hour (UTR/CIS)

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers for a long-term position on a high-security prison project in Bicester. The successful candidates will join an established team, supporting various site activities including general labouring, site tidying, assisting trades, and moving materials.

Key Requirements

* Experience: Previous experience on construction sites preferred.

* CSCS Card: A valid CSCS card is essential.

* Eligibility:

* No criminal record – due to the nature of the project, candidates with any criminal convictions cannot be considered.

* Must be eligible to work in the UK.

* Checks: All candidates must successfully complete a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check and BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) clearance before starting.

* References: Recent work references required.

Additional Information

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm (9.5 hours paid per day)

* Pay: £14.00 per hour (paid via UTR/CIS)

* Start Date: Immediate/ASAP

* PPE: Must have own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
