Senior Administrator – Transport Sector | East Hull | Full-Time, Permanent

Are you an experienced administrator with a background in logistics or transport? Ready to take the next step in your career with a well-established, professional, and supportive team? Our client is a thriving haulage company based in East Hull, renowned for their excellent staff retention and friendly working environment. As they continue to grow, they’re now looking to welcome a Senior Administrator to their small but efficient operations team.

What you’ll be doing:

* Processing orders using a bespoke transport management system

* Preparing accurate quotes for clients

* Handling reference checks and calculating additional surcharges

* Investigating discrepancies and liaising with internal teams to resolve issues

* Creating and sharing regular operational reports

* Issuing weekly invoices with accuracy and timeliness

What we’re looking for:

* Proven experience in a logistics or transport environment

* Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail

* Confident using internal systems and managing multiple tasks efficiently

* A proactive, organised approach with excellent communication skills
