Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher ready for a new opportunity this September? We are working on behalf of a wonderful primary school in Buckingham who are seeking a talented KS2 teacher to join their supportive and dynamic team. This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

What You'll Be Doing:

Deliver high-quality lessons tailored to individual pupil needs

Set and assess homework, monitor pupil progress, and maintain accurate records

Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

Implement a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles

Maintain high standards of discipline and uphold the school's behaviour policy

Subject Leadership Opportunities:

Lead and develop a curriculum subject area with clear progression and ambition

Monitor, evaluate, and enhance curriculum delivery across the school

Manage resources effectively within an allocated budget

We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

A passion for delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

A commitment to high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour

A collaborative and proactive attitude to school life and development
