Your new company
You will be working for the property arm of a large organisation working on refurbishment projects across their predominantly care home sites.

Your new role
As an electrician, you will be working across the client's sites, working on refurbs of both whole sites and part of the site.

This could be refurbishment of empty care home bedrooms / communal facilities and repurposing of parts of the building. This will involve a mixture of 1st /2nd fix and some rewires.

The sites are all within approx 30-40 mins of the Ringwood Head office.
The hours are 8am to 5pm with a 30-minute lunch.
You will need your own van for this role. Mileage is paid after a set min amount.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced electrician who is comfortable doing refurbishment work across a primarily care home estate.

You will ideally hold your

Level 3 or equivalent
18th Edition
2391 Test and InspectWhat you'll get in return

£43-45k DOE plus benefits
